Fran is the founder of Goal 17, a corporate training company who specialise in Mentoring. The company has been featured in Forbes and won numerous awards, including the National Mentoring Awards. They boast an extensive list blue-chip clients such as BNP Paribas, Checkatrade.com and Balfour Beatty.
The company are best known for their ground-breaking diversity learning experiences where they pair corporate mentor trainees with disadvantaged young people as mentees. This creates accelerated learning alongside social value, helping close the gaps in society and shift perspectives.
Goal 17 use sport to help break down barriers and deliver these programmes in partnership with some of the biggest sporting brands in the world, such as Premier League Football Clubs and Premiership Rugby Teams.
Frans overall aim is to create corporate environments where everyone is empowered with the skills and confidence to embrace a diverse workforce. She is also on a mission to demonstrate that ‘Business for Good is Good for Business’.

Alongside leading Goal 17, Fran is a big advocate of supporting others wanting to grow meaningful enterprises. She embraces being a business role model and offers business coaching to other founders.
Fran has been recognised for the outstanding work she has done to support the business community, receiving many accolades, such as being voted Global Woman’s number 1 UK influencer. She is a regular contributor on BBC Radio, appeared on the TEDx stage and has been invited onto a UK Government advisory board to promote more women into enterprise.
