NEWS - Listed on The #ialso100 of Most Inspiring Female Entrepreneurs

Blushing... but sharing the love and hoping to inspire others...

Earlier this week I discovered that I have been voted onto the #ialso100 list. Compiled by Small Business Britain, the list name is the U.K.’s most inspirational female entrepreneurs.

There are some quite literally outstanding women on this list and so I’m honoured to be amongst them.

Those of you that follow me will know, 99% of the time I just have my head down focusing on my vision. Promoting ‘Business for good is good for business’. As for most of us, the last year has been incredibly challenging. The economic landscape completely changed and life is completely changed!

This time last year I have no idea that I would have to potentially reconsider my whole business model whilst at the same time trying to homeschool. But, as my parents taught me, every problem creates an opportunity.

With greater problems, there were more people in need of help, and my businesses were perfectly placed to provide that help.

In the last year, I’ve probably worked more hours than any other year before, but I also spent more hours with my children and really made sure I had balance. 

I’m realistic, the path ahead for many of us still going to be challenging but I honestly believe that if we pull together and help each other then it is possible to choose a better future for all.
